What year did you start tattooing?
2009

Who influenced your tattooing and/or art the most?
Sailor Jerry, Bob Roberts, Mike Malone.

Where did you learn how to tattoo?
In Newcastle, Australia.

What style of tattooing do you enjoy the most?
I love traditional tattoos with bold lines, heavy black whip shading and solid colours.  However, I also do black and grey and anything else.

What was the very first tattoo you’ve done and received?
The first tattoo I ever did was a tribal sun on my friend’s leg.
The first tattoo I ever received was Sanskrit on my shoulder.  It’s now been covered up in my back piece.

Why do you enjoy tattooing?
The chance to be creative and make art suited to the client.

What’s the hardest thing about tattooing?
Taking vague ideas and turning them into tattoos.

It makes me happy at work when…
I get a lot of traditional pieces to do, I’m busy and the client is happy.

If I weren’t a tattoo artist, I would be…
Bored or a vego chef.

Hobbies outside of work?
Roller derby, painting, live music.
