My first memory of tattoos was seeing the greenish blobs of ink on my Grandpa’s forearms when I was little. Tattooing has always intrigued me since then. When I was 10 I started trying to reproduce the art I saw in my older brother’s tattoo magazines. By the time I was 17, I was running the desk at Supreme Tattoos where I later earned an apprenticeship. I started tattooing full time in 2007, pushing myself to learn as much as I could and make the most of my craft.
My favorite style to work in is my own adaptation of traditional Americana, but I like to work in all styles such as Japanese, black and grey, script, etc. Not limiting myself allows me to try new things and evolve as an artist. No matter what tattoo I’m doing I’m always happy to be able to wake up in the morning and draw on people for a living.
